This is the Phantoon drawing that I drew for our newest addition to the Metroid Database: The MDb Bestiary. Drawn and colored entirely in Photoshop. I used a combination of a Waccom tablet and a mouse.

The MDb Bestiary features custom artwork and information on creatures from the Metroid series. Our goal is to have an entry on every organism from every game. As of this writing, it unfortunately incomplete (we consider this to be "alpha"), but we have released it for anyone to view and enjoy.

I hope you can go there and appreciate all the work myself and the 20+ other volunteers have put into this project. It is a one-of-a-kind feature that you can't find anywhere else on the internet.
