This is a request piece done for ~Rootay as a prize for winning the "new boss" contest [link] in the group:

This is an illustration of Dark Samus being "born" from the parts of Samus' suit that were taken from her at the end of the first prime game.
Obviously this isn't the beginning of phazon but I thought the name suiting since it was the beginning of Dark Samus in the Prime series.

I took a bit of artistic liberty with the suit design cause the original one looks very odd... Just trying to make sense of all the weird shapes in it.
